Class will be discussion based, so it is important that students participate during class (whether they are zooming in or in person) so the course depends on having synchronous class (i.e., no taped lectures to view at a later time). In addition, supplementary online discussion will be required via canvas (in teams or individually). Students will team up in groups of 2-3 students throughout the semester to discuss weekly assignments and will make presentations as a team as well. Final projects can be done individually or in small teams.
